Melissa has over 15 years of professional experience in marketing and graphic design, along with more than 8 years in local government communications. She has established a versatile career in the marketing and advertising industry, working across a variety of sectors, including cruise and travel, automotive advertising, real estate, and retail, specializing in consumer electronics and home appliances.

Her expertise includes marketing strategy, communications, graphic design, web content creation and management, website data analysis and reporting, social media account oversight and engagement, and video production.
